A·R·Connection – Past, Present & Futures: The Music of Chick Corea
February 28, 2027 @ 3:00 pm
“Past, Present & Futures: The Music of Chick Corea” is a vibrant, electrifying tribute to one of jazz’s most visionary pianists and composers, Chick Corea—an artist whose brilliance earned more than 20 Grammy Awards.
Helmed by ARConnection co-leaders Pablo Arencibia (piano, Roland AX-Edge keytar) and Dave Rudolph (drums), and featuring the dynamic voices of Daniel Jordan (saxophone) and Mauricio J. Rodríguez (bass), this powerhouse ensemble breathes new life into Corea’s iconic repertoire. With daring improvisation, rich interplay, and a surge of contemporary jazz energy, they celebrate his legacy not as a reflection of the past, but as a living, evolving force—boldly bridging tradition and innovation in a performance that is as exhilarating as it is deeply inspired.
