New World is excited to welcome a brand-new music series presented by our neighbors at the University of South Florida.
Join us for the debut of USF’s newest ensemble, the Latin Jazztet, under the direction of Prof. Mauricio Rodriguez and featuring Prof. Pablo Arencibia on piano. This dynamic performance explores the rich traditions that continue to shape jazz in the United States, drawing on the vibrant rhythms and styles of Cuba, Puerto Rico, Brazil, and beyond.
